For interior design studios

Every piece, every email,
every dollar — connected.

Intrio is the studio system for interior designers. Conversations sit beside the projects and pieces they're about, and every order, receipt and invoice links back to the piece it's for. Go from any email to everything it touches.

The sample studio is fictional and runs entirely in your browser.

How it works

One record of the work, from the first sketch to the last invoice.

01

Conversations beside the work

Client and vendor email lands in shared threads next to the project and the pieces it's about. Your team comments, assigns and follows up in the same place, without forwarding chains.

02

The piece is the record

Each sofa, lamp and custom table carries its specification, approval, funding, order, delivery and billing. Its status is worked out from the facts, so nobody updates a status column to keep a screen in sync.

03

Proposals that stay what the client saw

Sending a proposal freezes it. Approvals point to the exact version the client agreed to, and changes become change orders, never edits to history.

04

Procurement, with or without a PO

Trade orders get purchase orders, acknowledgments and milestones. Buying online with the studio card? Record the receipt against the piece and you're done — shipping, tax and returns included.

05

Books that know what each piece earned

Costs wait in work in progress until the piece is invoiced. Deposits and retainers stay separate from revenue. See sell price against actual cost for every proposal, and sales tax that's right by line.

06

Work that closes itself

Tasks and meetings hang off the pieces, orders and emails they're about. A task waiting on an approval or a delivery closes itself when that fact arrives.

Principles

Built the way studios actually work.

Linking, not storage
Intrio keeps the links between things — the email that proves a ship date, the receipt that paid for a lamp — and keeps a copy only of what the studio must keep.
Clients never need a login
Clients hate portals. Everything they receive arrives by email, and their reply is the record.
Nothing to keep in sync by hand
Approvals, orders, deliveries and payments are facts. The screens are worked out from them.
